Our Process

We follow a two-pronged approach based on core principles and a strategic path.

  1. User-centricity: Making sure that the designs and services cater to customers’ needs and desires.
  2. Consistency: Being consistent not just in form, design, and functionalities but equally as much in what customers want and expect from a business.
  3. Hierarchy: Ensuring the placement of elements on a page follows a visual hierarchy in addition to an orderly information architecture so that customers can easily navigate through your online store or business website.
  4. Context: Keeping in mind the circumstances in which your product or service will be used by the customer so that they get to enjoy a positive user experience.
  5. User Control: Giving customers autonomy in their interaction with a digital interface and letting them have the freedom to navigate and interact within a system based on their needs and preferences.
  6. Accessibility: Making sure that the product or service designed is accessible and usable in multiple kinds of environments by as many people as possible including ones with visual impairment, learning disabilities or any other kind of physical or mental invalidity.
  7. Usability: Ensuring that your product is both usable and easy to use.

We like to take a calculated route for executing our process:

  1. Understanding User Needs: Conduct user research to identify the target audience and create empathy maps to understand their needs, desires and pain points.
  2. Define User Persona: Develop detailed profiles or personas of your users like demographics, behaviours, motivations and pain points.
  3. Develop User Journeys: Map out the route your users take through multiple entry points to achieve their goals, identify the friction they face or could face for each of the journeys and streamline the process or an optimized user experience.
  4. Create Wireframes and Prototypes: Create low-fidelity wireframes and iterate the designs based on feedback from the various stakeholders.
  5. Conduct Usability Testing: Test prototypes with real users, gather feedback and identify usability issues to improve the whole process.
  6. Measure and Analyze: Track key success metrics like conversion rates and user engagement to understand areas of improvement and measure the impact of design changes.
